Refund policy

EyeDefense Vitamins will gladly refund any unopened bottles within 14 days of purchase; 14 days start at the time of purchase. The product must have been purchased directly from EyeDefense Online Store. Products purchased at doctor's offices, eye centers or health stores must be handled by at those organizations.

The plastic seal over the bottle cap must be intact if you want to return the bottle: due to health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. 

Refunds will be subject to a shipping and handling fee. 

To start the return process of unopened product purchased from EyeDefense Online Store, you must provide us with your order number via info@eyedefensevitamins.com or via the contact form. Once you have obtained approval for your return you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions and a return address for our third party fulfillment center.
